What happens if I must go outside of the event & want to come back in?

Does the ticket price include food?

Ticket price includes entry into the event, wine tastings, and live entertainment. Food is not included in the price of the event but patrons will have access to a variety of food vendors.

Are jerk and curry the only food being offered?

Whereas jerk food is the theme of our festival our food vendors sell a variety of dishes.

What is the Ticket Policy?

TrioFest is a rain-or-shine event. All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed. Festival Management reserves the right to deny service to anyone.

What are Prohibited Items?

Outside Alcoholic Beverages
No Pets
No warming plates, grills, open flames, gas powered devices (chafing dishes, burners, hookah or similar)
No solicitation of any kind will be permitted except from authorized vendors
No weapons of any kind
Glassware, non-plastic plates and silverware

10×10 tent or smaller 
Cooler Policy – Coolers with food water and drinks. Water and drinks must be in factory sealed bottles. No outside alcohol is permitted.

Are there any safety considerations in place (EMT)?

A full EMT station will be located in the venue along with paramedics.

What do I need to know about my Tent?

Tent space within the event is also very limited.  Once the designated tent area is full, no more tents will be allowed into the event.

Guests can enter with a tent and must set themselves up in the designated tent area

Tents must be secured and weighed down

Are children welcome to the event?

This is a family-friendly event. Children under age 12 are admitted for free. Child tickets can be selected as an add on at checkout.

Guests must be 21+ to participate in any tasting activities.

Is seating provided?

No seating will be provided. Guests are encouraged to bring their seating and blankets.
